Not quite true in all cases. Some of these sets are already marked down 20+ % and it makes for a great deal if you can find two you want, such as some of the Super Mario line.

The difficult part here Is getting two sets which cost the same amount.

Impossible with duplo (also, some of these prices are criminal...almost $2 a piece!!)

Limited sets are already discontinued but not all. If you can find an already discontinued item, you are getting a better deal

E.g Lego Item 1 - $100
Lego Item 2 - $60 (original price at $100)
