$60 Plus or $15 Club (after discount)... Direct from Sam's means no extra hoops to jump through unlike third party offers. Plus is a better deal for most shoppers imo.
Can't one just sign up using a different email address to become a "new" member?
If you think about car buying. In my opinion, Its all scam for discounts with Sams club or costco or whatever discount they say. For new cars, there is no fixed price and always you have to haggle to get the price and its always a nightmare process.

Dumb question : if a person doesn't live near a sam's club is it worth it to get a membership for exclusive member deals online? I already have a Costco membership.

With the standard account, you pay shipping. But the Plus account would include free shipping. I'm a member because we have one local. But often, I personally don't even shop here because I'm able to get better deals elsewhere.

First year that I have only ordered online at Sam's… I just buy the plasticware, so it works for me

It wouldn't be worth it to get the regular membership because of shipping costs. I saw a deal on here for a $60 Plus membership which is worth it if you're going to spend enough. You get free shipping on most things with the Plus membership.

I have both Costco and Sam's split with a friend. I would say not in your case with Costco already.
Generally Costco will have everything that Sam's has with different brands. I go to Sam's club only to avoid peak and weekend hours because Costco more popular. And if it's closer drive. Most Slickdeals I see with Sam's are for clothes and hard to find clearance items.
Us too and I mostly use Costco for the free ship items and Sams for majority of the shopping+gas and w/ plus membership free-ship items. Gas at sams is always cheaper than Costco here and a few items differentiate but 80% of stuff is the same between two clubs.

sam's membership deals have been really bad the last 6 months huh, usually I renew sometime between Jan and March and get paid to do it but this year nothing really great has popped up. A few basically "almost get it free" deals but I so rarely shop there that I can wait just fine for the next "pay me to shop there" promo, which as OP said probably will come sometime in May-June.
Does any one knows about their discount with Mercedes as it qualifies for some discounts AFAIK

I second this. At the end of the day it is up to the dealer to honor the Costco/Sam's discount and in this climate they may increase the price of the car to make up for the discount price. Just a pain in the butt all around!

That's true about anything in any inflationary environment. So it's still assisting with that first line of negotiating.
