I would go right for the 256GB option for $14.49 [amazon.com]. Double the capacity for only a 45% premium. In fact, if it is used for a system drive, you will more than double the usable capacity after you take the OS overhead. You will probably also benefit from better performance over time.

The 512GB capacity for $24.49 [amazon.com] is a great value too.

While 256GB is a good deal, 128 is enough to convert old lappies to chromebooks.
