Much better drive than the Crucial P3, but they do tend to run hot.
I does have a DRAM package on the controller, and a portion of the TLC NAND is set aside as SLC cache for a write performance boost. The SLC cache size on the 512GB model, according to AnandTech is 15GB. They did not test the 1TB, 2TB, or 4TB models, but it's probably reasonably safe to assume it's a linear progression of cache size.
NVMe prices are dropping faster than greased owl poop…..

In for one. Lowest price TLC 4TB I've seen, better sustained writes than any of the QLC options out there even though it's Gen 3 instead of Gen 4

just pulled the trigger on the 4TB SN850X. $300. Worth the extra $ for me for peace of mind compared to a no-name brand with difficult returns.
...They aren't in the same class, really. You could get a Crucial P3 for this money though.

There's no such things as a DRAM SLC.
I'm pretty sure there's an implied comma after DRAM

I suspect the class here isn't in terms of specs but in terms of brand reputation.

That also doesn't make sense. Very unlikely to have DRAM, SLC, and TLC all at the same time.
I suspect this drive have no DRAM, and is just using the SLC for caching
Have you read any of the reviews detailing the specs on the review units? Nobody has yet called it out in several years for lying about having dram.

There is no way to know which product the reviews are for. Amazon like to have multiple products share the same review spaces
