I can't tell of you're being sarcastic or not but I've used these for a few years now and can still see.
Is this the kind that might blind you?
Getting blinded is the good outcome. Death is the worst outcome, with at least one person dead. But I don't think it was about the brand in the OP.

Ten different brands were initially identified as possibly linked to the outbreak, the CDC said. Eyedrops that are made in India and imported to the US under two brands were subsequently pulled from shelves in January and February.
In January, the CDC warned people to stop using EzriCare Artificial Tears and Delsam Pharma's Artificial Tears. The next month, the company that owns the brands - Global Pharma - issued a voluntary recall following a formal recommendation from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The problem occurs in a batch and could happen with most any brand at any time . By the time it's recalled, many are often affected already.

As could happen with meat, vegetables, milk, etc. — virtually any product you don't make yourself. What's your point?

Risk vs reward. The risk of eye drops harming you are higher that the reward.

As is the risk of eating lettuce, which has had numerous significant recalls in the past.

Blink products are absolutely fine!
People are just nuts bc of that one brand that recently had a recall—-one manufacturer/brand (& I think just one product?) out of *how many* brands???
...And I had never heard of "EzriCare" products before the recall...as I learned that's the brand to *actually* look out for.

I saw that 2 other brands ("Apotex", & "Purely Soothing") VOLUNTARILY recalled a couple lots of their products just to be safe (with one, of all things it was bc of cracks in the caps), but, again, they weren't any brands I've ever heard/seen in all my years of wearing contacts.
(Actually, I've gotten (really crappy) prescription meds from Apotex in the past, but nothing related to the eyes...I try to stay away from their products just bc they don't work as well as others, & they use shitty materials imo)
And you really want to talk a chance on that

I have tried to do contacts twice in lieu of eyeglasses. Both times, my eyes always felt dry when wearing them. I was prescribed torics due to astigmatism. I tried Bioinfinity and Air Optix. It was the monthly and I used the hydrogen peroxide cleaning kits. Any suggestions?

I the same issue and have tried both those brands. The best I've used so far are called Precision 1. They are dailies but I only wear them occasionally because my eyes still fell dry. I don't think contacts are for me.

For those concerned about eye drops. The recalled ones where people were getting infections were multi dose vials without preservative. No idea how that got to market.

Target used to have a store brand for 99 cents. But last time I went they'd removed all the UPCs on the shelf and replaced them with Clear Eyes ones that cost $3.99. Guess I need a deal on eyedrops now.

Oh crap. When I used to buy Blink it was made in Spain. This product is now made in China, at least the one I picked up. No thanks

I've been wearing contacts for 22+ years…I rarely use the hydrogen peroxide cleaners. Normally I just stick to the multi-purpose solutions like opti-free or whatever brand is on sale. I use the hydrogen peroxide cleaners every once in awhile, but mostly it's just the general purpose cleaner.

Mostly I think it's just getting used to wearing them and making sure you have a brand that fits your eye well. It took me getting used to, sensitivities with "is it on right" etc, but at this point, I don't even remember if they're in most of the time
