For what it's worth, if anyone owns a specific model or two of a Cosori airfryer, you might be able to submit to their voluntary recall (if eligible), and get a somewhat similar thing to this as a replacement... Although admittedly it might not have as many bells and whistles...
If you just want an indoor grill, George Foreman grills or similar seem to be at resale shops all the time too, but for sure they would be the more basic kind
Edit: it may seem silly to plug this in Fakespot, but sometimes they can have decent critical reviews...

Can't find anything bad with it. Just make sure your breaker is either a 20A or the unit is on a circuit by itself. We've had Brio Air Fryer on the same circuit in the past and it tripped the breaker (15A).
Refurb + woot + something with a heating element is a young man's game. Too much "hold my beer"osity involved.
