The title says Tall Fescue. The bag says Tall Fescue. Since April Fool's Day was yesterday, I suspect it's Tall Fescue.

Probably. I had the same issue with gci. Use cardboard cutouts to protect the surrounding area and then applied glyophosate with a brush. Took forever but it saved the rest of the lawn. Its popping up again this year in a few places. Just gotta keep hammering it back

I'm guessing this is 10 pounds of seed, right? It doesn't show the percentage of inert matter on it, but I noticed the green coated seed so probably only 50% seed I'm guessing.

I think it might just be treated with a fungicide, which should weigh next to nothing.
