Great deal. These taste pretty good, but they aren't that low calorie. High in fat and 250 calories for only 15g protein.
lol one serving being like 30 grams bro. do some real research and stop fearmongering. people eating a couple of these a day will be alright. geezus I am really tired of every slickdeals scientist reposting this with every deal
While I do like these cookies and I have been enjoying them the last couple of years, personally I have stopped using them.

Two of these have 12 grams of erythritol plus a couple coffee cups during the day sweetened with erythritol and maybe some keto/low carb ice cream later in the day and you are easily at 30 grams.

The study referenced above even though did not prove causation did prove a very strong correlation and it showed the mechanism of action that erythritol in the blood can make the platelets stickier and more prone to clotting.

The truth is that nutritional studies that can actually prove causation are very expensive, very hard to run and can take tens of years to complete. For me the correlation is too strong to ignore and I don't want to wait 10 years to find out for sure while hurting myself in the meantime.

Apart from some YouTube "doctors" with no MD on their name that are sponsoring on their videos erythritol filled products, most real doctors, while they recognize more research is needed, are very respectful of the study and suggest people consuming a lot of erythritol filled products should try to limit their erythritol intake.

Ty, in for one. Not sure why everyone thinks people use every product the same way. I'm not fat, I don't "watch" calories, I burn them. If you're concerned about calories, maybe stop eating cookies.

Exactly. I would not recommend this. Too much saturated fat. The bars are much healthier with more protein and same taste and same price

Same price? Where

And they have erythritol.
march 2023 https://health.clevelandclinic.org/erythritol
The study shows that erythritol is closely associated with risk for "major adverse cardiovascular events.
"A serving of erythritol in common 'keto-friendly' food products made blood levels of erythritol go up 1,000-fold, well above the levels linked to enhanced clotting risks," Dr. Hazen states. "We found that the risk for clotting can be increased for several days after consumption of just one serving of artificially sweetened food containing erythritol."
That study had a bunch of people with horrible health already. It's bs and has no direct correlation to erythritol.

That's the best part.

No shitty low calorie stuff.

You want saturated fat.

I swear. It's 2023. Maybe a decade ago I could understand the ignorance. It would take some self research.

But again...it's 2023 and I'm still seeing things like this.

These taste surprisingly decent, but the erythritol will have you sprinting to the toilet. Worth it to me lol.

10 grams of saturated fat. 50% of your recommended daily intake. Read that again.

Great product - happy to see it uses stevia sweetener and not that chemical trash sucralose or potassium K like so many other products posted here.

Agreed. 250 cals way too high for only 15g protein. Stick to bar or any other bar that has 170-190 cals and 18-20g protein.

Maybe if you're sitting on your a$$ all day. I regularly burn 2800-3200 calories per day. Not a concern.
