The motherboard is proprietary, the power supply is proprietary... Basically you would need special adapters to get a conventional PSU to work with the board if you wanted a more powerful GPU in the future. But if you just want to get gaming you could do worse as far as prebuilts go.
You could however build a better gaming PC for less or about the same:

The 6700xt is typically about 10% slower than a 3070 at 1080p, which means it's still substantially faster than a 3060 and still also faster than a 3060ti.. so for around the same money you could have a CPU with better gaming performance and a GPU nearly two-performance-tiers more powerful.
