I'd get one in heartbeat if left earbud could be used without taking right out. Unfortunately this model uses right bud to connect to left bud.

I have the black version and I like the physical design... they actually "hook" into your ear, not around it, so they are less likely to fall out than my AirPod Pro's. That being said, the noise cancelling causes a bit of vertigo/nausea for me because it is too aggressive. I like the "transparent mode" that Apple offers for this reason.

What do you think about Bose's transparency mode?

Yes, I believe Bose calls it "Aware Mode", and it works as intended. I feel the sickest when I am on a plane using 100% noise canceling. I'm not sure if there is a processing delay, but I perceive a slight delay from when I see an action and when I hear it... hard to describe. It could also simply be my ear canal, because I do not have the same issue with the Over-the-Ear Bose QC35/QC45 or 700... Yes, I own all of them... haha

I'm looking forward to buying the NEW Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II when they drop from their $299 launch price: https://www.amazon.com/Bose-Quiet...B0B4PSQHD5

These are version 1, not the new second version, for those wondering.

Do not buy these. The buds can stop charging in the case and require a replacement. Mine failed just days after the warranty expired.

You know you can adjust the noise canceling level? It's in the Bose app to adjust to your preference. Then you can make different modes… rather then the all or none… maybe add a 5, if the level scaling is 0 - 10?
I have the black ones as well for reference

First gen too bulky and lack luster in features. At this price range, probably best look for other alternatives like Sony LinkBuds S. I have the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II and I would recommend for anyone only care for ANC and sound quality alone.

I've had these for over a year and use them legit daily. No issues. Case charges well and they do really well at noise canceling. I use em for work and on walks, and when exercising. I got them for free as a gift but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair if my current pair lasts a couple years.

They work fine for calls too. Chat with my brother on my walks and he hasn't had issues hearing me.

I have had these for over a year and they are super comfortable (to me) and they never fall out. ANC is way better than the Sony XM4 earbuds. However, they are ENORMOUS, and same with the case, so you can look a bit ridiculous with these but I don't care too much.

I need great sounding earbuds that are not noise canceling, around this price. So hard to decipher all the reviews, was hoping to just go with Bose as a quality speaker company, but the noise cancellation will only bother me.
