I'm calling bs on this comment. Not even possible with the ovens they use nowadays. Everything is automated and I've never had a pizza undercooked from Domino's, Pizza Hut, Costco and Sam's Club. While it is possible that they had a malfunctioning oven which would've generated a lot of customer issues like yours.

I can confirm it only works for participating stores. I tried 1st store (2 miles away), no go.... 2nd store (2.8 miles away) and coupon worked.

Coupon only valid if you are a new user - Worked for me, when I am not logged in.
As soon as I logged in and tried to use the coupon code, it gave me error message, code not valid.
Go figure!! looks like Domino's is learning from the phone companies. Only new users welcome.
