They work well, consistently, and for a long time. Paired with the hub, they also don't crowd your router.
Do a quick hue search in the forum and you'll see the same question asked/answered in each thread.
Truly a buy once, cry once experience, but once you are in the ecosystem your wallet will know it.

Nice! I actually just wall mounted my TV a couple weeks back and was wondering if I might want to add this to the bottom now that it's up in the air and the light looks less "even" with the current hue strip just along the top and sides. Good timing!
