Thanks OP! Finally able to complete How to train your dragon! Wish they had auhd bundle of the madagascar series though. Btw, it might take a while for gruv to send you the codes, just be patient.

It's been over 24hrs and I've only received 1 of 3 codes, is this normal?

No, it shouldn't take that long. You can check your purchase history in your gruv account just to verify. But I would also email support.
