I used to game on consoles with TV's/monitors at 60Hz, when I made the jump to 144hz, it was night and day. I can say the same about 144hz to 240hz. I did downgrade from a 144hz 1440p to a 240hz 1080p but it is so much smoother. I managed to get this monitor on a rare sale at $105 and I wish I would have bought 2. I'm hoping this does come down in price closer to that point before I get another one. I have nothing bad to say about this monitor as a casual gamer.

Edit: Just noticed the 20% Cashback offer from Slickdeals... brings it down to $128 which is close enough for me. Thanks!

The 20% CB pushed me to take the plunge on this. I was kept waffling on the Dell 240hz deal but the CB ended up making this one cheaper than the dell.
