Did you notice that they have a Klipsch center channel speaker as well (model C-200). It's right here [woot.com], and it's also at a great price (the same price as these bookshelf speakers, $80).

Yes. You can try one or both as your center channel. If you try both, wire them in parallel and make sure your receiver's center channel output can handle a 4 ohm load. I'd place them on their sides in a MTTM configuration. Some don't approve of using two bookshelf speakers as a center because of something called comb filtering but I've been doing it for years and my ears can't pick it up.

This is a shockingly low price on this set of speakers (the lowest price ever if price tracking sites to be believed). I don't have first hand experience with these, but I doubt you can find a better set at this price point at the moment.

I see these are available for around $130 online so a $50 savings is pretty great. I have no reason to buy these and I don't have these, but the Klipsch sub I have seems pretty well built. I'd probably bite on this if I could see a reason to replace an old set or something.

My Klipsch setup from 1997 still sounds amazing. I did upgrade the center channel to another Klipsch model when Fry's was practically giving them away, these will make some great additions to add a few more channels on the cheap. Many thanks.

Not sure. But seemingly not in this offering anyway. If you look on the top of the page for the speakers, you'll see a "Random Audio" link. That's where some other audio deals are at the moment. No floor standing ones there.
