Bought this last month for a 32" Samsung in my office. Not sure I would use it on a larger TV. The top mounting hole is really close to the bracket so if you have thicker sockets, it may be an issue. I had to finish with a wrench. Painful as you're screwing into a stud! Where the TV is hooked to the bracket, it's offset from the wall mounting plate. If you're centering the TV on the wall, be mindful of that!

Terrible company if you run into any issues with it not holding your television even on a stud. Returned mine.

Makes no sense at all. I have NEVER had a wall mount from any company fail on me. I have been hanging TV and computer monitors for over almost 2 decades for my home. This is the least expensive one I have used. This sound like a user error. It is not high tech. The lag bolts were more than sufficient.

If you really put on a stud, all you needed were the lag bolts. Its wood, it's not going anywhere. If the mount was not tight or loose, you can make adjustments.

There is no way i find your review plausible without there being fault with the installation. You probably missed the stud and was on the side of it. And I personally do not expect any need for customer service with this product.

Well said! I've bought cheap Amazon TV wall mounts to expensive ones and never had any issues. Picked one up for my 40" TV.
