Two iPhone 11 devices that I received were in mint condition (battery count < 10) and under Apple warranty. Both unlocked on 61st days automatically.
Tips: Spend extra $5 to get the $15 2GB plan (with autopay discount) so the phone was usable during the first month.

Did you call tracfone unlock dept, if so what did they say? Even if its refurbished it should show in your account that you activated it more than 60 days ago
The deal is good if you plan to trade, but if you plan to use it after unlock, this is a risk, even it's small.
