I just got the Hiro 3D from Costco for like $3K and wish it had calf rollers. The 3D feature however is wonderful if you can tolerate more pressure. Speakers and lights are unnecessary bells and whistles.

Don't buy from the merchant. My chair arrived defective. I called the customer service, they first asked to open the chair and shoot a video for them. And then they asked me to pay the fee to send a technician to my home for diagnosis. It has been determined defective, but they told me I need to pay the two way shipping no matter what. One associate said the shipping fee is 500$+, and the other one said it is 800$+. It is still within 10 days.

Hello, can you please send me a PM and provide your order # so we can notify the merchant about this issue? The TitanChair does not charge a technician fee since all defective chairs are covered under warranty. There should not be any fees associated for a defective chair. Please let us know your order # so we can get this issue resolved for you ASAP.
