Thanks. Good Deal - Website looks legit. I've never heard of them before, so I'm always super skeptical of new sites on slickdeals, and the google fu says they're an REI competitor. Shows what I know.

But hey - after taxes I got shoes for $60 with free shipping, even lower than what you have posted since the colors have different prices.

Thanks for the share!!

These shoes look really good and have a really comfortable upper but the midsole is super firm.

Backcountry is a legit site. I've used them before.
This is a pretty stout deal on good, cushy, yet supportive running shoes.
My 58-yr old body has 4 pair already.

They are about as old and as legit as REI. Bought plenty of stuff from them in the past.

I have this exact pair, great for easy / recovery runs. Too heavy for faster efforts but that's where the speed/pro models come in. Extremely firm midsole aids in the stability. Saucony nailed the rocker on this shoe IMO.
Backcountry is a great retailer and have used them for years.

This really cannot be overstated. For some reason the words "cushioned" and "plush" get used for this shoe, but mine feel like I'm running with bricks strapped to my feet. Every time I run in mine I have issues that sometimes turn into full on injuries (ITBS, shin splints).

The Triumph is a much more forgiving shoe for easy and recovery days. Sierra.com has had them for $50+shipping, so actually cheaper than this.

I think they've been pretty close to this price on Saucony.com for the last year, but it looks like they finally took them off the site. RunRepeats price tracker shows multiple colorways for cheaper than this, at least in my size.

How comfortable it is compared to the Nike Zoomx Invincible, for walking around and recovery? I've been waiting a sale on these but might cop the Endorphin if they're similar in comfortability

Adding to what has already been said about the shoe. I actively wear 3 pairs of the Endorphin Shift 2 for daily training runs of all distances at an easy pace. Also have a dedicated pair for half/full marathon races.

At $63 these are a deal!

I tried both this and the Zooms. Zoom is definitely the way to go if you're choosing between these two. The Endorphin looks like it should be super comfortable bc of all the "cushion," but the foam is actually hard as a rock, which completely defeats the purpose of adding all that extra bulk and weight to the shoe, imo. I really don't know what they were thinking.

Why would you use the Endorphin when you could get the same cushioning from a shoe half as large/heavy?

Shift 2 are bricks. Even harder than adidas Boston. Saucony had them for $30 and they weren't worth it at that price.

These sneakers are Trash!!!! Rubber wore down in 2 months of not that much use. The Triumph version is fantastic!

I have these shoes and I do NOT like them. They look very cushioning, but aren't. Also, after running in higher-end shoes like Hoka or Brooks, the quality of the Endorphin Shift 2's just doesn't cut it. Are they worth $60-ish bucks? Not really. Feels like a $20-$35 shoe, but take my opinion for what you will, you may love the shoes.

Darn, thanks, already ordered 5 pairs. Guess they will be going back.
