I debated for a long time before picking this up (think I got a BB deal at $100 off or something). I read the reviews, and I really went in with the best intentions of making use of this...and...like so many others, It has mostly sat inside its nice little case. Ive maybe used it 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years. First, it just slows down my range session so damn much. The set up, making sure its reading right, waiting that little bit for it to be ready for the shot, all these things take only a little time but add up when you add them to every shot.
Second, I wanted to use it at home with a net, outside with good light. I have the distance it requires but its just not reliable in this scenario. And I have tried everything that gets suggested. There are far more misreads than not, and the frustration just isnt worth it. Last, is just paying for another subscription, which I would be ok with if the thing worked consistently.
Hope this helps someone decide one way or the other if they are on the fence.

I've had mine for about 6 weeks and use it outside all the time and find that the numbers are very consistent for me and my 15 year old.

The numbers are accurate when I'm at the range. Not when I'm using my net at home, though.

This was the best golf purchase I've made for winter golf in my garage hands down. The side spin numbers could be better but still a ton of fun.

Does the open box R10 allow 5 free course on E6 connect? I think once it's registered you won't get the 5 free courses.....
