But in regards to the actual product, I assume it's just some salts and sugars in a fizzy tablet? So basically alkaseltzer?
I got some tubes of the ones with electrolytes and some for immunity support.
I didn't find any difference in using those during sports or workouts.
I also use the X-tend with electrolytes and BCAA which was about $25 for 90 servings. I feel that one is better.
If I just do an hour of weights and a half hour of cardio with no sauna I don't find I personally need them and have never noticed a benefit.
I swear a lot though and drink about 3 liters of water during gym and sauna and weigh within a tenth of a lb before and after.
This recent deal is 45.6 cents. So meh, I'll wait.
