i don't have this particular item, but i have a similar concept cooler box that used as a freg for nearly 2 month straight.

Just reverse the voltage on the Peltier element and it will get warm on the inside and cold on the outside. But these things are not really efficient compared to a compressor.

Not a slick deal. These are always on an end cap in Walmart for $20-$25.

If you sneeze wrong you may break the fan assembly or power piece rending it garbage.

Don't expect ice cold either, it is more like slightly cool..
