This is a great deal, considering it retails around $300. REI has it for $309 and Jenson has it for $278 currently. Picture on Amazon is misleading. It does come with 2 levers.

This Trail Sport combo is MT Thirty levers, MT Thirty front caliper and MT4 rear caliper.
Not as much braking power as MT7, but probably close to MT5, and less half the price.
