This one's a little "extra" for your average home owner, but if you return the free battery, $250 for this kit and 2x 5AH batteries isn't a bad way to get your foot in the door with the M18 Fuel lineup!

For those that want something lighter/more compact, HD's also currently running a similar deal on their new Gen 3 M12 Fuel Hammer drill + Impact kit:

Free battery can be returned and you can keep the Impact+hammer drill+2 batteries & charger for $150+tax! The previous generations were good, but the gen 3 M12 impact is an absolute BEAST in a league of its own among 12V tools.. and beats/competes with many 18V impacts.
