My wife has leased two Bolts and I've owned the S, 3, and now the Y and I can safely say the Chevy experience is nowhere close to the Tesla one. She plans on getting a Tesla next, we were forced to lease a Bolt again when the backlog of orders was too high for Tesla. Only had minor issues that were fixed via a mobile technician appointment to my driveway.

My Model Y costs $2k per year to insure through Tesla insurance. The mobile app control and pretty much every functionality is much better on the Model Y. The only thing the Bolt has that I like is the 360 Birds Eye view parking camera that is useful in tight spots.

Comparing a Bolt to a 3/Y is like comparing a Corolla to any other luxury car. It's a cute nifty city car but very entry level. Only reason we got it was it qualified for EV rebates at the time but Tesla does too now.

and then theres a 7500 rebate the next few days?

So it ends up about 35k is that correct? OR Op's price includes the rebate?
