No idea about banana but the other flavors are passable.


Must shake first, even though it doesn't say to shake. Also much better cold.


These can be treated as "meal replacement" because of the six million vitamans and minerals in them and also due to the fact that you just drank a 10 piece McNuggets them having 400 calories each.


Actual expiration on these is far longer than the legal expiration date, so no worries about going over a little.

I like the regular, chocolate & vanilla ones. I tried banana and its just crazy sweet, not really banana tasting and Im not a fan.

I'm not going to go off about whether this is "bad" because of the estrogen from soy, or the "easy to go rancid" seed oils, or the "poisonous" sucralose because the research isn't conclusive on that stuff, but only 20g of protein in a 400 calorie shake is basically the macros of Breyers Vanilla ice cream...I don't get the purpose of this "milkshake." Use a regular protein shake (vegan if you want) and take a daily multivitamin.

This stuff is pretty decent and better protein for the $.
