Be aware, these green sticks get discolored very quickly, even when used with clean hands, and once they do, they look nasty. You'll want to get some kind thumb stick covers.

I prefer controllers that use AA batteries (I have a stash of rechargeable ones). When the charge is low, I simply swap out the batteries instead of having to plug in a cable or switch controllers.

Depends, if your PC has bluetooth, you don't need an adapter. If it doesn't you'll need an adapter, either the official Microsoft one or a bluetooth USB adapter. Technically you could also use an adapter from 8bitdo but I've had awful luck with their adapters in the past.
