Can I put this down if I just put down weed and feed granules 1.5 weeks ago. It hasn't helped with the weeds.

From what I understood, this is a post emergent, not pre emergent which means it kills weeds that are already present. The site states "pre and post emergent? - No" and "post-emergent? - Yes".
