Might want to double check your receipts and email confirmations. Checkout shows that I'd be receiving 2 gift cards but the receipt and confirmation make it clear that only one is being processed.

That's normal. Target "charges" you for the $15 gift card but reduces the price of the items by $15. So you're still getting the gift card for free. It's just the way they itemize everything.

Actually it looks like it does work! The cart deducts the $15, but you won't see it unless you look at the calculations closer. Thanks OP!!
