Might want to double check your receipts and email confirmations. Checkout shows that I'd be receiving 2 gift cards but the receipt and confirmation make it clear that only one is being processed.

That's normal. Target "charges" you for the $15 gift card but reduces the price of the items by $15. So you're still getting the gift card for free. It's just the way they itemize everything.

Seeing that as well. It is still stacking instant plus gc but I only see 1 gc in order history when order page had 2.

Target app was glitching when I added the offer. It didn't add $15 GC to the cart when I had more than $50 (for shipping) or take $15 off like this thread said. It did work after I changed to "instore pickup". It took $15 off and it showed I am getting $15 GC by email. I paid $36.xx.
