I will buy if this is indeed 28mph (or 45km/h). The printed specs says 45km/h but two pictures says 30km/h and 25km/h. My guess is it's 25km/h (15mph) which is more consistent with the price and the range it offers.

If anyone has this scooter, please chime in.

For what its worth I bought a more expensive Kugoo scooter and I was pleasantly surprised by build quality. Shipping was quick and the scooter met/exceeded specs for speed/battery length. Can't speak for this model, but thought I'd share considering reviews are hard to come by
