Decent drive, I use the 840 1 TB version in the PS5 with the stock heatsint and getting more than advertised speed ( 5300 ) when I installed it and the PS5 formatted it. Been playing the new PGA Masters golf and Harry Potter alot. Zero heat issues. Good little drives, just be wary about putting on the heatsink that the stick back doesn't come off on you.

This drive imo is too slow, I would go with the 840 Legend instead.

This might be a qlc drive. https://www.reddit.com/r/hardware...ad_of_tlc/

Specs seem similar to a Kingston nv2 which also can be a qlc drive.
