I don't understand why it's not working for me. I saw the coupon, I clicked on the 20% discount, added it as a S&S, but when I go to the cart, it shows the price w/o the 20% discount. What am I doing wrong?

This is spf 35 so should be HSA/FSA eligible, why doesn't Amazon allow paying with HSA/FSA?
