For those wondering, just make sure your current powerblock plates matches the shape of these and that your handle says "EXP" which means EXPandable, then you're good to go. EDIT: Nvm, apparently theres two versions of the Elite. Double check what you got lol.

Lol also not sure what's going on with the 2nd picture on amazon. Good way to mess up them up permanently if they bend.

-Elite EXP USA Version (NOT sold here)

The Elite EXP versions are visually identical, but not cross-compatible. Be aware which one you have before you have to do a heavy return like I had to

No, but could possibly be due to the adder weights. Notice where the silver adder insert into the handle — further away from the center handle. The weight distribution changes a bit. Some people don't like the feel of powerblocks for this reason.

It doesn't help that the second and third pictures are wrong. These EXP are compatible with the Sport but just different color plates and bands.

just guessing based on my limited kinesiology knowledge (mostly just figuring out and correcting various imbalances over the years) strengthening brachialis (hammer curls, reverse curls) and forearm flexion stretches would be my first course of action in that situation. Working on grip strength in general is always helpful especially since the grips on these are a little bigger and not quite as nice as metal knurling on traditional dumbbells.

+1 on the Titan Stand. I have it and I love it. Also convenient are the weight pegs where you can throw extra weights on. My only compliant is that the side lips block the heaviest weight on the bottom of you have the stage 3.
