I signed up for this once. During the free trial my credit card expired. Since they bill you in advance, I thought, no problem... I'll just let them cancel my account. But instead of doing that, they sold my "debt" to a debt collection agency. So be careful with this free trial.

It shouldn't cost money to have them hold packages.. Not going to support this.

Especially at an Access Point. Making 1 stop to deliver 10 packages at an Access Point is in UPS benefit than making 10 stops to deliver at ultimate destination.

I just tried doing it twice for 4 months total and was billed twice for 2 months. once to my address with the apartment number and once to the address without the apartment number. don't even know how to fix that without a call, maybe.

Do they upgrade all sure post packages at once coming into household or do they do it based on name?

I think you have to add all names that packages would be addressed to in your UPS account. Example: John Smith, John F Smith, Danny Smith, Daniel Smith, Mary Smith, M A Smith etc etc

oh I see I was thinking there is a way to default all packages sent to an address to be upgraded

Was able to extend my existing membership by 2 months but was not able to use the code twice like some have, I'm guessing you can only have 2 subscriptions either 1 year and 2 months or 2x 2 months.
