This seems to be a great deal. Why is nobody talking about it? The other i5 deal ($719) is now FP. I think this one should be FP too - it has i7, touch screen, and bigger SSD.

Looks like a good deal to me as well. People are commenting on tigerlake processor behind inferior to alderlake but for this form factor and lenovo build quality, I'm not sure what would be better. And tigerlake should be more than enough for the average user.

I am really tempted to get this.

I jumped on this last week as soon as I saw it in the other thread. Just arrived yesterday by UPS, very quick shipping by Lenovo. Have not unboxed yet but will probably have time later or this evening. Long time ThinkPad user here, still running a T61p WUXGA from 2007 with Windows 11 upgraded with SSD and 8GB memory. Amazingly stills runs Win11 fine. Decided it might be time to start think about retiring the T61 and bought this X1 Nano. Many thanks to OP Dr. Wajahat for finding and posting this!
Note: found out last night this model includes Lenovo 3 yr. warranty, did not expect that. Absolutely insane deal…anyone on the fence I recommend this or the non-touch model for $719 highly before they are gone.

The spec on eBay doesn't mention the camera. There is another eBay posting which clearly states with IR 720p camera.

Does all X1 Nano Gen 1 come with camera?

Does all X1 Nano Gen 1 come with camera?

"The ThinkPad X1 Nano keeps your data and your device protected through an updated suite of built-in ThinkShield security solutions, as well as truly innovative AI and biometric security features. These range from the discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM), which encrypts data—making it more difficult to hack—to the extra-secure match-on-chip fingerprint reader. Human-presence detection automatically locks your device when you move away, and in combination with the IR camera, it enables zero-touch login even from sleep."

i bought the other version, knowing the use case will be docked most of the time and touch screen would be no value to me, and i will be upgrading the HDD to 1T anyways, and i won't be use most of the compute power it has. but otherwise the 100 dollar for this system is well spent over the other system.
