I missed the last one, is it also refurbished? How reliable is the refurbished OLED?
Also refurb. Refurbs directly from Dell are said to be good (expectedly so), but they come with 90-d instead of 3-y warranty. People like the longer warranty against burn-in.
Dell refurbished is a joke. They look like customer returns that has been given a once-over cursory inspection and then boxed up.
Also, it seems that whatever they define as refurbished, they definitely do not do. They do not repair and they most certainly do not replace parts.
I ordered one of these and while the shipping was overnight (I opted for free shipping), the quality control of the product is extremely lacking, with scratches and damage to the antiglare coating. I wasn't expecting Apple levels of refurbished polish, but the monitor I received was a complete mockery to the definition of refurbished.
Ironically, the pixels themselves were fine, no burn in nor dead pixels, nor fan noise. Such a shame because it would have been perfect otherwise. Back to Dell you go.
If you want to get one of these, I'd suggest saving and plunking down the money for a new one, or better yet, waiting for the MSI QD-OLED to launch, judging by the horror stories I've read online about QC and Dell's asinine reluctance to have a screen peel standard on new models, which leads to the screen damage you find on refurbished models.

I was the OP, and I'm circling back to say that this order was a total pain in the ass, and I would not recommend it. My initial issue was Chase, who asked me (via text message) to verify my purchase, and then told me to instruct the merchant to re-run my credit card. Fair enough: I don't mind fraud protection. Dell instantly sent an e-mail saying the card was denied, and they would re-run the authorization the next day. Except they didn't. So I called the number they provided **on the electronic invoice** and was unable to reach anyone. This kicked off nearly 2 hours of Dell support staff sending me to the wrong departments, and e-mail support doing the same. Finally I called Dell Outlet sales, and they helped me right away.
The monitor I received did not include a manual or all of the cables, and the monitor itself had a burn-in line on the right side AND would go black if I tried to run 2 monitors or turn on HDR in Windows 11.
I sent it back.
