Darn it. Wish I would have waited. Ordered the Intel 670p 2TB from NewEgg for $79.99. $20 more for TLC would have been worth it to me. But I guess its only gonnna be a backup drive for me.

This has to be some sort of hybrid drive...according to the additional info section on amazon for this drive..."Hard Drive Rotational Speed ‎7200 RPM"!

From the NewMaxx spreadsheet (and everything else I've read) these are all DRAM-less. They are good DRAM-less, but you have to step up to the SN850 for a drive with DRAM from Western Digital.

I'd bump up to the SN770 for most cases actually especially if you can pick it up for $110.

Expired. Anyway, the SN770 is a better deal at $10 more. The Crucial P5 Plus has been $120 for a while and has DRAM.

The P3/Plus drives are QLC drives and have some notable endurance and writing speed limitations.
