Just a warning: this isn't soil. It's a soil amendment. Mix it 50/50 with native soil. Good price.

Worse comes to worse, buy 48 at this price and return them with the receipt from previous transaction 😆

Bought 45 of these yesterday @4.57. Can they price adjust if I go to the store? Anyone?
These have been $2.29 at ours locally here at Lowes for the last week. Seeing it drop to $2 after buying about 30 bags seems right for my luck.

I thought it was odd they marked them like that. It's close to the 1.5 cubic ft. It comes out to 1.67 cf.

Anyone know if this is good to use for top dressing a lawn after overseeding for the season?
Don't do it. This is too strong of a soil and will burn the grass. I speak from experience.

I apply this first, then overseeding, then a layer of peat moss.

Generally succulents prefer gritty and inorganic mediums that drain quickly and do not hold much moisture. You'd be risking root rot, especially if you add peat moss as well.

This is more slivers of bark rather than dirt. I don't know why they call this garden soil. Several years ago, I filled a raise bed with this and the vegetables hardly grew. If you want dirt get Top Soil.

For vegetable garden, a mix of any cheap top soil and black cow manure is lot better than this m.

Thanks op, I was just scoping out dirt today. Last year I made my own with coir, topsoil, and fertilizer. It's not really as cost effective as this + fertilizer.
