Older skylake based intel IMC is significantly faster with basic 3200 cl16 than a Ryzen 5000 system with the best memory you can buy when comparing XMP out of box settings.
Dual CCD 5900x is also faster than 5800x in specific types of synthetics.
IT really doesn't matter in most situations..
