It's a fair price for this model. Asus released their 2022 models very late, and when they were finally available, it was limited quantities and hard to get. Think we will see more 2022 models sales across the board more than usual as they are butting into 23"

Given the other specs, you're basically paying $1k for the screenpad. I'm curious, what's the utility of this? I assume it's beneficial to artists or designers but I'm not clear what advantages the screenpad has over a typical laptop touchscreen.
