The sale includes clearance accessories for PC as well. The only issues I've run into is that anything that has an additional percentage off the clearance price will revert to the regular clearance price when scanned as part of the sales transaction.
Plus the verbiage for the sale states that the free item cannot be hardware like consoles. Though there's nothing stopping you from trying at a store with multiple of a console in stock.
