The sale includes clearance accessories for PC as well. The only issues I've run into is that anything that has an additional percentage off the clearance price will revert to the regular clearance price when scanned as part of the sales transaction.
Plus the verbiage for the sale states that the free item cannot be hardware like consoles. Though there's nothing stopping you from trying at a store with multiple of a console in stock.

But it DOES include hardware. It just can't be the free item in a transaction. Though if you find a store with three consoles that qualify in stock you could always try and see if the system allows it.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening $59.99 New
Hmm... tough.
That's why you always grab other items that are priced the same. That way the discount ends up even.
For example, I bought God Of War Ragnarok and Evil West on PS4 and a 4 item PC accessory bundle from Atrix for about $115 total. That way its like the items come out to about $30-35 each.
The trick is finding three like priced items that you want in store or online at this point in the sale.

Yes. Most sales start in store on Sunday morning and end at the close of business Saturday night with the online portion running until the new weeks sales begin. Typically that's based on the retailers HQ location. For Best Buy that's 1am EST, in Gamestop's case it's 2am.
