Please note that items purchased through Costco Next cannot be returned to the warehouse. Its return period is limited and items must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Perhaps I am spoiled with Costco's generous return policy, but it was quite a hassle to return an item I purchased through Next portal.
Afterwards, I generally avoid Costco Next deal.

50% return rate is crazy... You are abusing the system.

So when you purchase anything from costco online, they do a "pre-authorization" charge to the card you provided to make sure it's a valid card and to see if you have funds on the card. The pre authorization charge normally drop off after a few days. It's the same thing like a some gas station where you would see a pending charge of a dollar then it would disappear. Costco doesn't actually charge the bank/credit card account until they ship it. If you or costco cancel before it's shipped, the order will show as "cancelled" on their system…not "returned" and it will not count towards the return rate. The warehouse return clerks can't see your return rate at the membership desks. The warehouse GM/AGM will only know about your return rate is only if there was an admin block on your account from corporate OR if the membership clerks know you by name because you return sooo much stuff and they will let the membership manager know, they will look into your account and if they see all the returns, they will notify the GM/AGM and then they will add the admin block on your account so they can talk to you next time when you come in.

The Jetson Haze is better in every way.
$50 cheaper and the battery is much bigger.
According to specs, the Haze is 48v/7.2 = 345.6wh. Jupiter is 36v/5.2= 187.2wh. Almost twice a big.
The only advantage I see is the Jupiter is a little lighter.

36v battery is the issue here
And very small battery capacity
I would go for something like Lectric XP lite with the 48v battery
Makes a big difference

Sounds like he was returning/cancelling before items even shipped, so may have not been abusing the system.

Item was canceled before shipping but Costco says since we have a charge on your card, they are considering as returns. Never even received the items.
