8% is nothing to sneeze at for ebay. But just so you know, you can't receive the cash back or whatever on gift cards or Best Offer purchases.

Do I need to use capital one card or any card is fine once you click through?
From my understanding of the TOS, you do not need to use a capital one card and the statement credit you earn will basically be applied to any of your accounts.
