Great Deal!!! Add a Zotac GeForce 1660 Super from Amazon (open box), more RAM. and a m.2 SSD for a sweet 1080p gaming rig for under $500. That's what I did and it ROCKS!!!!! Yes, the vid card works fine. I stress tested 3 of them for a month in this MT and zero issues with any of them.
The 1660 super requires an 8 pin. I don't think this system has an 8 pin to supply power. Just make sure it's within specs of power rating when using one of those sata to 8 pin connectors. Pci bus supplies 75w. Sata I think only supplies 54w. So as long as it's well within the restraints of what's possible it might be fine. Just don't push above the 129w for that combo.

There is a GTX 1050 on zotacs refurbished site for 76$. Kinda meh but it's cheap and doesn't require a janky 8 pin to sata connector

So a GPU with 120w max might barely be okay with one of those sata to 8 pin connectors. Can we confirm if the psi bus is 75w? I know sometimes they're 50w

It shows 163$ used. I'm sure you could pick one of these up on the used market cheaper than this

https://www.evga.com/Products/Pro...spx?type=8

There is a evga factory refurbished GTX 1660 super for 150$ on evga B stock site.

And you get 90 warranty. The zotac you only get 30 days with Amazon.

There's also a regular 1660 for 140$ on there as well
