Yes. You add 1.17GB/1200min/1200text and 1 year of service after transfer. Too bad the add-a-line bonus is only 500 points now.

Wish there was a reliable way on how to have WhatsApp on this (with voice calls at least). Apps4Flip methods seem unreliable at best.

How I do it,

Go to tracfone.com, click activate, keep number, enter texted security code, enter imei of new phone.
I turn my main phones airplane mode on and start up new phone.
Use the flip phone for calls and texts* for a day like it's 1999.

24hrs later I go back to tracphone.com and hit the activate button again , keep number etc and use the imei of my main phone.

Things to note:
Lately the total Mins,texts, Mb's don't update on the account for hours. The end date has been pretty quick though.
*Also for my method, texting from a flip can be a pain if you depend on SMS.
(I use google voice for my real number so I don't use SMS much)

I realize most people buying this are just looking to cannibalize the minutes from it, but as far as 'dumbphones' go, this one's kind of alright. It runs a stripped down version of Android 11. I understand there's even ways to sideload APKs. Haven't actually tried that myself, just using it as a simpler secondary line, but I kind of like it.

Yes, the SIM is preinstalled in the phone and the airtime (bundled service 1200/1200/1200) is preloaded to the SIM. You may want to connect to Wi-Fi when/after setting up the phone or it may download software updates using your data.

I did it and will never do it again.
The phone the SIM was swapped from was forever borked in the tracfone system. When I tried to put the sim back after a week it wouldn't work. Ended up with a long chat session and a BYOP sim to get it to work. It then still wouldn't show Min-Text-Mb left in the website. Always had to check it in the app afterwards.

Will my points harvested during last year's add-a-line promo expire? The one years service I have will end on 9/25 so I don't think I can hold until Christmas as the points will expire when I don't have an active service.
