I bought 2 of these (single monitor model). They last a while then when I try to adjust them, they failed to hold monitor any more. Contacted them, make video showing how they won't hold monitor. No response. If you buy this brand then just know that there will be no customer service.

Hypothetically someone could buy a replacement set and return the no longer working set. Some might argue it's a good way to encourage vendors to make reliable products

I tried the coupon a couple of times and it did not work

I have this one, works well. Install was easy. Haven't needed to adjust it since install. For the price it can't be beat.

Was coming here to say something similar. Caught this the last time it was cheap somewhere (Newegg maybe?) and is has held 2x 27in 1440 dell monitors (one gsync one ips), Articulation points are... a little finnicky sometimes, though I think that's more the nature of having 2x 27 on them (both in landscape).

Maybe I am missing something, but the coupon code is not working for me.

I get an error saying the the promotional code cannot be applied to my purchase.
