I bought 2 of these (single monitor model). They last a while then when I try to adjust them, they failed to hold monitor any more. Contacted them, make video showing how they won't hold monitor. No response. If you buy this brand then just know that there will be no customer service.

Hypothetically someone could buy a replacement set and return the no longer working set. Some might argue it's a good way to encourage vendors to make reliable products

Look at the articulation points. You can move the monitors vertically independentally of one another.

Does anyone have experience with a 28" monitor with this? I have a 27" msi optic g273 and a 28" gigabyte m28u. The weight is within the limits.
