Motorola MG8702 and Xfinity Service Security Issue!

I have 4 items that will not connect to my modem/gateway. Neato Botvac, Wyze Botvac, LitterRobot, Wyze plug…..
When I try to connect my network says "weak security" and suggests I use WPA2 or WPA3 security…..
I tried the Xfinity app to run "health checks" on my modem and it says it's fantastic!!
I tried the Motorola Minim app as well and it says the modem is fantastic!!!!
Xfinity suggests to reach out to the manufacture….
How can I CHANGE THE SECURITY SETTINGS ON MY MODEM??? It's on lockdown and I cannot change the specs. Please help me out!!!
I've spent hours on this-ready to just buy another modem. 😞
